What's covered
- Peeling of finish caused by workmanship faults (bad prep, wrong primer, missed sealing)
- Blistering caused by workmanship faults
- Flaking caused by workmanship faults
- Any coating failure directly caused by how we prepared or applied the paint
What isn't covered
Wear-and-tear scuffs, accidental damage, storm or impact damage, movement cracks in old substrates, and failures caused by underlying issues we flagged before starting (e.g. water ingress, rising damp). We'll always tell you up-front if we spot something the paint alone can't fix.

One phone call. Ring us on 0490 101 533, or email msg-painting@hotmail.com with a photo. We'll come and inspect, and if it's on us, we fix it — no invoice, no argument.
